Red Bell Habanero Jam Potatoes
Ingredients
- 1 lb Mini Potatoes
- 1/2 cup Olive Oil
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1 tsp of your favorite seasoning
- 3 tbsp of Uncle Carney’s Red Bell Habanero Jam
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425º
- Chop mini potatoes and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix 1/2 cup of olive oil, salt, pepper, your favorite seasoning, and 3 tbsps of Uncle Carney’s Red Bell Habanero Jam.
- Microwave for 30 seconds
- Toss potatoes in the mixture and cook for about 45 minutes until the potatoes are tender and crispy on the edges. Check on them halfway through and give them a toss and cook for the remaining time.
